Through HALE Health, she helps women understand the patterns behind their energy, mood, cravings, digestion, sleep, and cycle-related symptoms using education, nutrition coaching, lifestyle support, and practical tracking tools.
Her work is focused on helping women feel more informed, steady, and connected to their bodies — without dismissive advice, fear-based messaging, or one-size-fits-all wellness plans.
HALE Health does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or hormone-disorder care. All services are educational and wellness-based, and clients are encouraged to work with their licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Questions, Answered
Clear on what this is—and what it isn't.
The Intensive is a focused, educational space to understand patterns and build practical self-support. It is not medical care.
Who is the Cycle Clarity Intensive for?
It is for women who notice recurring changes in mood, energy, cravings, sleep, bloating, or overall well-being through the menstrual cycle and want a clearer way to observe and support those patterns.
What happens after I book?
Secure checkout is followed by scheduling your private Zoom consultation. Your detailed intake and disclaimer acknowledgment are completed as part of that scheduling flow, before the session.
What will I leave with?
You receive a personalized educational roadmap for nutrition, movement, sleep, stress support, and symptom tracking; a simple cycle-phase guide; and a follow-up check-in seven days later.
Is this medical care or hormone treatment?
No. HALE Health provides educational functional-wellness and nutrition coaching only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions or hormone disorders. Please work with a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns, new or severe symptoms, or urgent care.

Future-facing: partner support tools
A more informed kind of support—on your terms.
HALE Health is exploring an optional educational companion experience that could help a client choose how a partner, spouse, or support person better understands and responds to changing needs across the cycle.
Client-led sharing
Possible future tools may include client-controlled phase or cycle-day sharing, private symptom tracking, and visibility settings that let her decide what anyone else can see.
Simple context
We’re considering support prompts and “what she may need this week” ideas around food, rest, movement, communication, stress support, and optional timing reminders.
Better partnership
For partners, the aim is simple: listen, ask, and respond without minimizing, trying to fix everything, or making jokes about what she’s experiencing.
This future concept is wellness education and support—not medical advice, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. HALE Health does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent PMS, PMDD, PCOS, infertility, hormone disorders, mental-health conditions, or any medical condition.
Start with clarity
Stop second-guessing what your body is telling you.
Bring the patterns you’ve noticed. Leave with language, context, and a realistic roadmap for what comes next.
